Cooking with Grams – French Leeks

 

How do you take ordinary leeks and make them extraordinary?

Cook them in a French style.

In this recipe, that takes you about 15 minutes to make, you’ll get to eat leeks in a flavor you may have never tasted before, but will definitely keep coming back to.

Grams + Hoki

Ingredients:
1/2 cup of creme
2 leeks
1 tablespoon of butter
1 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese
salt & pepper

Directions:
1. melt the butter in a pan
2. throw in leeks
3. sprinkle salt & pepper
4. let it cook for 10 minutes, or until leeks are soft
5. pour in cream and cheese
6. mix well
7. serve hot!
