Making delicious meals – quickly and easily!


– a bunch of spinach
– two eggs
– one onion
– salt and pepper
– oil (your choice)


1) Dice the onion and simmer in the skillet with oil
2) Take the bunch of spinach and boil in water for 2 or 3 minutes, then strain
3) Chop the strained spinach
4) Break and mix the two eggs
5) Mix the spinach and onions together
6) Pour the eggs on top
7) Add salt and pepper to taste


Serves one or two people, depending on how hungry you are. :)
