Our food, no matter how healthy, has less vitamins in it.
The problem? The bad health of our soil, which has lost important
vitamins and minerals that plants use to produce fruits and vegetables.
And no matter how much fertilizer we put on the dirt, it is not the same.
Much of that fertilizer gets washed away and isn’t absorbed by plants.

We need to eat even more fruits and veggies than before!
